Returns or exchanges

Online Purchases
We want you to be happy with your new clothes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange all regular-priced items within 21 days. Please note that all SALE ITEMS are eligible for exchange or credit note only. All returns must include a Return Merchandize Authorization number. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for your return. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, stains, and pet hair. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

In-person Purchases
All purchases made in person at the Lola & Gigi Showroom or at a Lola & Gigi Event are eligible for exchange or credit note only within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, stains, and pet hair. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

Credit Card Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.

Cancellations
Cancellations may not be made within 48 hours of a products scheduled ship date.
